Compressed air preparation

Cooled and clean compressed air

  • The compressed air is cooled to 7 °C above ambient temperature.
  • The inclined mounting of the optional (optional) compressed air cooler facilitates the removal of condensate, which evaporates with the help of hot engine exhaust gases.
  • It prevents the cooler from “freezing” due to the presence of condensate.

To achieve the defined compressed air qualities, preparation components are installed after the aftercooler and cyclone separator (for example filter combinations for concrete cleaning according to ZTV-ING).

M81 and M82 with exhaust toxicity level IIIB

Don’t be afraid of ecologically protected areas! With the M81 and M82 models, KAESER KOMPRESSOREN presents two new mobile compressors with advanced exhaust gas treatment in accordance with the European IIIB standard. The M81 features a Deutz engine with an oxidation catalyst, and the M82 is equipped with a Kubota engine and diesel particulate filter.

Compressed air by electric current

Our compressors are very versatile and can be optionally equipped with a synchronous AC generator. In this way, you save the use of a separate facility for powering electric tools and light sources. 8.5 or 13 kVA variants can be selected.

Independent, space-saving compressed air supply

  • The compact units are ideal for installation on a truck – they only need space on the loading platform or on the construction site.
  • Ingenious details, such as crane lugs and sliding base with forklift pockets, make the unit very easy to transport.
  • Filling, oil changes and other maintenance activities are extremely easy thanks to optimal accessibility to all parts.
  • The exhaust goes up. A diesel particulate filter for environmentally protected areas (performing Tier 4 final) is standard equipment on the M58utility.

Antifreeze regulation

In the variants without compressed air cooler, a Kaeser anti-freeze control system automatically adjusts the operating temperature to the ambient temperature. This increases the uptime and life of both compressors and tools.
